Boratas BPK100-S is a closed-circuit crawler mobile impact crusher with an integrated screening system, developed for aggregate production and recycling applications. It is designed for operations where both crushing and final sizing are required within a compact and mobile setup.

The unit is equipped with a PDK series impact crusher and a closed circuit return screening system, allowing continuous crushing and screening in the same process. It can handle materials such as limestone, concrete, asphalt, and construction waste, producing consistent and well-shaped aggregates. Oversized material is automatically returned to the crusher, ensuring controlled product size and stable output.

The machine operates with a hybrid diesel electric drive system, combining electric operation with an onboard generator. This allows efficient energy use and enables the unit to work both on grid powered sites and in remote locations without affecting performance.

The layout is designed for practical operation, with easy access to maintenance points, replaceable wear parts, and a clear service arrangement. Foldable components support transport efficiency and compact positioning, while crawler mobility allows fast relocation across different job sites.
